Greg’s penthouse of the most beautiful and spacious apartments I’ve ever seen in Geneva! This will be my go-to Airbnb for all of my trips to town moving forward. I highly recommend!

Loved the penthouse apartment! So beautifully decorated (it’s obvious a lot of time and effort has been spent making the apartment so well designed and gorgeous).

Greg and Jessica' place was absolutely beautiful and spacious, place was exactly as the photos on the web site. I really felt right at home in there place . everything is top notch in the place . I will diffenly be booking again next year with them .

We had a great stay over New Years! The apartment was large enough that the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids) didn't feel crowded. The kitchen had all of the appliances (coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) and dishes that we wanted, and there were plenty of bath towels. We enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. The kids loved the Geneva Public Library's children's room. We'd love to come back during the summer and spend more time by the lake!

We had a great stay at Greg’s place! The apartment was perfectly located—everything we needed was within walking distance, making it so convenient to explore the area. The space was spotless, beautifully updated, and gave us plenty of room to relax after a day out. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed to feel completely at home. Greg was proactive, informative, responsive, and accomodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had! The place was like walking into a magazine. Spotless and every bit as trendy and beautiful as the pictures. The location is fabulous, walking distance to cute restaurants and shopping. Best of all Greg provided an excellent guide on food and wineries in the area. He was also proactive on communication and speedy with his responses to all my questions. We had to shift our check in time and he gladly obliged. We love our trips to the Finger lake wineries and I would not stay anywhere else!

This place was by far the nicest AirBnB we’ve ever been to. Beautifully appointed top to bottom renovation. Location was perfect with the ability to walk to all Geneva, NY shops and restaurants. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Greg’s place was as advertised! He was extremely responsive to our requests. The place was very nice and newly remodeled. I highly recommend using Greg’s place for a group of 8 or smaller. I will definitely book again when in the area.
