Large private apartment. Main St apt in the heart of historic downtown Geneva. A block from the commercial district & many restaurants, pubs, breweries, pizzerias and cafes. Walking or biking distance to Lakefront Park & right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Keuka & Cayuga wineries aren't far either. This is an active community and is right in the middle of the city! The convenient, walkable proximity to all the businesses does mean its a little noisier than out in the rural areas nearby.

Good to know

We finished remodeling this apartment in the fall of 2023. It's a comfortable, modern apartment that's right in the midst of the Geneva downtown business district. Access to all the restaurants and shops starts right across the street. Geneva had a very walkable downtown area and waterfront that is active year round and has something for everyone!

Other Details to Note

The yellow bedroom has a convertible bed. It will be setup as a twin bed for groups of 6 or less so you have more floor space. It will be setup as a king for larger groups. You can make a special request a few days before check in, if you'd like it setup differently than what's noted above.

Guest Access

Guests have the entire first floor of the building to themselves. Only the small entry vestibule at the building front door is shared to access the upper floors. The apartment has its own door off this vestibule.

The downtown eating and entertainment areas are all within a few blocks so walking the city is a great option. Bicycles are also an excellent way to get around and bike racks and bike lanes are provided throughout the downtown area and the waterfront park. Many Wineries are nearby, you can start by pointing your car south on Main St and you'll arrive at your first within 5 minutes. Keep going and you'll come across dozens more as you drive.

We had a great stay over New Years! The apartment was large enough that the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids) didn't feel crowded. The kitchen had all of the appliances (coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) and dishes that we wanted, and there were plenty of bath towels. We enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. The kids loved the Geneva Public Library's children's room. We'd love to come back during the summer and spend more time by the lake!

We had a great stay at Greg’s place! The apartment was perfectly located—everything we needed was within walking distance, making it so convenient to explore the area. The space was spotless, beautifully updated, and gave us plenty of room to relax after a day out. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed to feel completely at home. Greg was proactive, informative, responsive, and accomodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had! The place was like walking into a magazine. Spotless and every bit as trendy and beautiful as the pictures. The location is fabulous, walking distance to cute restaurants and shopping. Best of all Greg provided an excellent guide on food and wineries in the area. He was also proactive on communication and speedy with his responses to all my questions. We had to shift our check in time and he gladly obliged. We love our trips to the Finger lake wineries and I would not stay anywhere else!

This place was by far the nicest AirBnB we’ve ever been to. Beautifully appointed top to bottom renovation. Location was perfect with the ability to walk to all Geneva, NY shops and restaurants. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Greg’s place was as advertised! He was extremely responsive to our requests. The place was very nice and newly remodeled. I highly recommend using Greg’s place for a group of 8 or smaller. I will definitely book again when in the area.

My friends and I enjoyed a long weekend in Geneva. The place was perfect. We did have to request additional sheets for the pullout king, but they were delivered as soon as possible. The space was clean, spacious, and a great location for walking downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greg's place for our girls trip! Being walkable to downtown Geneva and the lakefront was so convenient for us. It was also drivable to pretty much any of the wineries up and down Seneca. The finishes and decor are beautiful and the pictures really don't do it enough justice. Parking was easy, there were always street spots available right out front, and we appreciated being able to see our cars from inside the residence. Greg and Jessica were communicative with us before our stay and as we were preparing to leave. They offered both early check-in and late check-out if we needed. We cannot recommend this place enough for a group!

Greg’s place made me and my family feel at home. It’s a very beautiful apartment with lots of space. We had the max amount of people we could and did not feel cramped at all. Super clean as well. It’s also close to some nice restaurants and Seneca Lake. Next time I’m up there I won’t hesitate to stay at Greg’s apartment. Thanks for having us!
