Large private 3rd Floor Penthouse apartment in the heart of historic downtown Geneva. One block from the commercial district & many restaurants, pubs, breweries, pizzerias and cafes. Walking/biking distance to Lakefront Park & right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Keuka & Cayuga wineries aren't far either. This is an active community and is right in the middle of the city! The convenient, walkable proximity to all the businesses does mean its a little noisier than out in the rural areas nearby.

We finished restoring this apartment in the spring of 2025. It's a comfortable, upscale penthouse apartment that's right in the Geneva downtown business district. Access to all the restaurants and shops starts right across the street. Geneva has a very walkable downtown area and waterfront that is active year round and has something for everyone!

This apartment has its entrance on the second floor. There is a large private entry vestibule there with a staircase up to the rest of the apartment. Guests have the entire Third floor and part of the second floor of the building to themselves. Only the small entry vestibule and stairway at the building front door is shared to access the upper floors. There are two flights of interior stairs to get to the top floor. Those with mobility issues should take this into consideration before booking.

The entire downtown is walkable from the building. The lakefront park is only about 4 blocks away. Parking can easily be found on the street in front of the building or in a free public lot directly across the street.
